Balancing mixer will give you (with the current parameter of LC-filter) the difference (or sum) between input sources = ~2500hz (You can use any input frequences, which sum or subtraction will give you result between 2400hz and 2600hz). You can adjust parameters of 3-degree Chebyshev filter to get another frequency.
