A 1/8 amp fuse is supposed to be where the lamp is. You may need to use a lamp to control amperage. Internet shows 240 volt range for those fuses. A voltmeter gives reading before sending into other test equipment. The 25 K ohm adjustable resistor is rated in drawing at 2 Watts.
