need tips and help on making a reliable LED horticultural light. the light will be on for most hours of the day. thank you

Best thing you can do to make it reliable is run the LEDs around 90% of their rated current and if their on constantly attach them to a heatsink if possible. If it's also going to be a hot humid enviroment then solder where you can and avoid crimps or connectors which may corrode.
