Eliminated the cross-over distortion using diodes. Note 220R needed to feed current to the base during max swing and also to bias the diodes

Your green wire should be connected to the middle point between the two diodes

Good circuit bravo on the 45% efficiency. Try using darlington or seklai transisters for higher reasonable input impedance. As these have way more gain and require less current to bias.
