Is there any way to make an electrolytic capacitor? Please help!

seriously, how does one make an electrolytic cap? this is ridiculous

Why would you say the question was ridiculous? An electrolytic capacitor will conduct in only one direction and will act like a rectifier (I believe). A regular capacitor will conduct in both directions which is what caps on here seem to do.
