Controls Robot's motion with a clap or any other stumuli with a mic/sensor instead of the switch. 1st tap- forward 2nd tab- back 3rd- stop 4th-repeat.
The counter stores info about the count (1st 2nd or 3rd) into the 2 bit FGMOS memory (the capacitor and mosfet) and also resets automatically via the 1 bit capacitor-AND Gate memory. 
These memories powers the H bridge according to the tap to move forward backward or stop.
