This is set up to fire the next stage every 5 seconds (I've sped it up for the simulation), I don't know how long a rocket motor burns for so I assumed 5 seconds, this can alway be changed. The first 4 lights are the ignition signal of the respective stage. The final light is to deploy the chute. This also triggers the enable transistor, which keeps the counter from receiving any more input. In the real circuit this would go to the power in of the timer to kill power to the timer to keep it from counting.
