Pwm - is this functional. Any comments appreciated

Opamp oscillator with comparator.  Any thoughts.  needs a transistor and mosfet on the drive end.  But am i on the right track here

It's generating signals but not PWM, from simulation the voltage is not referenced to ground, it's always positive, signal seem to jump from narrow square to triangle, using the potentiometer doesn't affect the duty cycle at all.

But it seems like the voltage is varying at the non inverting input of opamp when using the potentiometer. Check PWM circuit on the community tab and keep having fun. 👍
