Double Conversion Regulated High Voltage Boost Converter

Here is an initial design for a high voltage boost converter, it uses two switching transistors to reduce duty cycle requirements, the target voltage is 400V set by the pot and op-amp control loop, the operating frequency is 100kHz which can be generated with a 555 timer and buffer.
This is intended for low power applications, specifically driving a Geiger-Muller tube such as STS-5 or SBM-20.

Only need the bottom power source to have same results

I used two DC supplies just to keep the layout tidy, ec unfortunately doesn't support labels / ports.
