This is a similar circuit to that of a soft start circuit for a load with a large in rush current. The first single pole switch acts as the motor starter contact. The single pole double throw acts as the soft start bypass contractor, once the load levels out its would normally switch over automatically with a timing relay. The last single pole is just to show how the circuit reacts with out the caps in place and how it gives a nice boost in power to get it up to speed. I wish they had relays and timers on here but this is as good as I can go.
