LC-tuned DCO, obtained by switching on and off (symmetrically) load capacitors of a current-biased Class-B oscillator. The input of the ADC is the tuning voltage. The clock of the ADC is obtained dividing by 8 the output frequency via an asynchronous divider (cascade of Toggle Flip-flops). The frequency is chosen low to allow the simulator to properly run on mobile devices, reducing computational cost at each step.
