First of all 220 it is rms value, you have to set 310 Vp =620 vpp in EC. The second thing : you are lightning only a led wasting a lot of energy in resistor 6.75kohm x 0.031^2 = 6 watt. Too much.

Third thing: circuit has not galvanic insulation and led should work in Ec with max 20 mA, in real at our days 12 mA are enought. You could use a cap before the bridge in series with the line to use his reactance instead use the resistor after the bridge to have a significant voltage drop without thermal waste of energy.
