Баг? Почему Vb второго транзистора показывает 1.19В, хотя оно должно равняться Vbe, то есть в 2 раза меньше? И почему Vc аж 722 мВ, откуда такие цифры?!

Как это должно выглядеть в моем понимании: Vbe=0.6В => Ve 1го транз.=3-0.6=2.4В, Vb 2го транз.=0.6В, ток через R100=(2.4-0.6)/100=0.018А, а тогда и ток через LED будет около 0.5А. А по факту выходит не пойми что.

Транзисторът работи в режим на насищане, затова така се получава. Нет bug.

Потому что из того, что я понял, прочитав 80 страниц оригинала The Art Of Electronics 3rd edition, выходит, что Vbe приблизительно 0.6В, а поскольку Ve=0, то Vb никак не может быть 1.19В. И плюс, в другой программе цифры отличаются от тех что здесь. Буду писать разработчикам.

Однако истинный потенциал может быть увеличен при большом токе. это режим насыщения.

The voltage can be increased above 0.6-0.7V if sufficient current is applied. This is saturation mode.

The onput resistance can increase up to a few hundred ohms, so there is not a complete voltage drop, as it should be.
