This 0-99 second timer uses lamps in unison with a counter chip. 

I've also paid attention to presenting a neat circuit layout.

* Close the SPST switch next to the logic train to BEGIN the timer.

* To PAUSE the timer, simply open the SPST switch next to the logic train.

* Press the push button to RESET the timer.
