Just an inverter+ changed circuit.
And of course I put the heatsink on it.

Doesn't work for several reasons. Mainly it can't handle any loads. Secondly 220VAC is 311Vpeak not 220. Try to remember this in the future. Also, for the transformer to step it up to 311V with any sort of load it needs to compensate for the power the load uses. Such as for example a load for 220V 100mA requires 12.8V 1.7A and you have to make sure your components are able to handle 22W aswell as a heatsink for it.

Tidying up the circuit revealed a couple of wiring mistakes in the circuit. If these are corrected the circuit might work a bit better.
