This is a 12V LED flasher circuit 🔆⚡ using a capacitor-based oscillator and a transistor switch. The 100µF capacitor charges and discharges, controlling the NPN transistor, which switches the green LEDs (🔋➡️💡) ON and OFF. Resistors (5.6kΩ & 220Ω) regulate current flow, while a diode ensures proper voltage direction.
