This is a more sophisticated BJT based MOSFET driver designed to work with ICs that feature an open-collector type output (eg LM339 comparator, TL494 configured in that manner, etc) or to simply give a non rail-to-rail output stage a near rail-to-rail output stage.

Recommended BJTs: 2n3904/3906 pair or 2n2222/2907 pair
