Did you see a schematic for this somewhere and try to simulate it here? Or is this your own "invention"?..

This is numerical noise from simulator. Consider it zero.

Due to a quantum tanneling effect at the junction of the two diodes, some of the electrons are escaping to an alternate univers. Sone positrons from that universe are tunneled back into the diodes. This exchange is causing the rapid oscilation.

Yep, I wouldn't doubt @ofer's explanation- you have the clock set to 333 pico-seconds so we're looking at the circuit's operation now at near-light speeds. Weird happenings are inevitable. Bring the clock back up towards normal and it'll flatten out..
