EC WILL NOT RUN PLEASE HELP

problems; 

I can create a circuit or open a community circuit but when I press run nothing happens.

I can't access all of my old circuits from the last 5 years, keep getting error message "Cloud code -3"

 Can anyone help?

Check you have all updates and shutdown and restart your computer.

Also ALL circuits require a ground in order to run

What's weird with my account is that when I open an old circuit, I get a different one.

Cloud 3 is an EC server message... Sometimes it takes a day before its ok again. Send email to everycircuit.
