@Mavacoro-I posted this for you. I made a 800v inverter from 9V DC. The inductor values are at 400mH. The transistors are at CBE resistances (3X)100m-ohms, forward beta is 150A/A, and the saturation current is at 1pA. Hit the switch to turn it "on". For this circuit, it does not require any capacitors. I hope this helps you.
