3. The max voltage the circuit can handle before clipping is 120-125mV. Lowering the R3 value lowers the gain until about 240 Ohms (where it bottoms out/clips) and raising the value of R3 increases the gain and decreases the pk to pk (until about about 1.5M Ohms where it appears to flatten out at 12V).

The out put signal was Amplified when either the positive input or negative imput was applied and the amplification doubled when both were applied.
