This is a 4 address x 2 bit random access memory. Address is defined by the two input at bottom left. The save switch is on the right side of the address. Data input (2 bit) is on the right side of switch. When switch from low voltage to high voltage, the 2 bit input data will be saved to the pointed address. Reading panel on the right will show the current data in the pointed address.
