This circuit implements an H-bridge to control a 5 V DC motor. The switches can be used to apply V_DD or ground ('1' or '0') to the transistor gates.The NMOS and PMOS transistors are configured to give behaviours close to that of the BS170 and BS250 discrete MOSFETs, respectively.
