Remove all resistors, diode, the switch and the logic source, play the simulation and shake your phone.....

Hi selman, this circuit did not work 4 months ago simplified as you proposed except for the 100k resistors, it did not work no matter what, so I went and modified the old circuit and loa nd behold the damned thing started to oscillate. I think, the gates got updated by igor s team, and that change is what helped to start the oscillation. you are right all resistor are not needed, but this was a design I got from the IOT, so I tried to use the components required by the design. I like it as simple as possible as long as it performs.
