here with internal real exsisting resistance, see each DC source 3.6V plus resistor as a single Accu/battery cell. Six DC sources + six resistors = six real accu cells. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6419262269554688

You are right, I can reduce the 3.2ohm resistor count, and I didn't think of it, but Ohms law is 1.6m Ohm Internal. Low resistance = High Current, High resistance = Low Current + Voltage Drop.
