MOSFET drain current is plot versus drain-source voltage. While simulation is running, manually step the gate voltage to obtain a family of I-V curves. Animation of MOSFET channel in the schematic indicates region of operation. Low (high) drain-source voltage corresponds to linear (saturation) region of operation and curvy (straight) interval of the I-V curve.
