LED blinking but how? Can Somebody explain. I was just experimenting.

The AND gate is basically an amplifier, making the positive peaks in its input higher voltage. The immense 100μs gate delay makes it more of a triangle wave. When it's positive enough to push enough current through the LEDs, they glow. The inverter is short-circuited and should burn out.

s/immense/immensely slow/ -- EC gate delays are a bit awful.

The electronic components are rated at a maximum of 5Vdc and visual perception is less than 20 Hz, so after making adjustments for that Adjust the time base to see what you really have.
