The 2 opamps right before the Output Stage provide transitor biasing. The opamp and voltage source provide 1/2 biasing amount. 
Adjust feedback resistor to adjust gain.

Nice, this way one can change easy from B to AB and strong Ab at 1V bias for darlington, cool for teaching amps and opamps as level shifter. Very nice!
