Parking Lights and Brake Lights for a Bicycle

Using 11.1 volt 2,200 mah lipo battery to power four led strips two front yellow parking lights and two rear red parking light when push button is push is cause the red LEDs to get brighter hence a brake light when released the LEDs dim  like a parking light in a car I added a capacitor to slowly dim the rear red brake lights for a cool effect now . Any Suggestion to make this more better

Take a look at my last project that I use a 6volt dynamo and a battery! I think that my schematic will help your really nice idea!! Go on...!!
