Arranged in the order of:
ON (Forward biased):
Real > Ideal > Practical > Complete
OFF (Reverse biased):
Real > Ideal > Practical > Complete
In ON mode, the Practical & Complete models doesn't achieve the actual forward current because the voltage to overcome the barrier potential was approximated to be 0.7 V
In OFF mode, the Practical & Complete models has a representation of 0 V voltage source because the switch is opened and all the voltage suppose to drop across the switch but the Complete Model has small amount of reverse current due to the large resistance connected in parallel with the switch.
