An old project, this circuit can be use to hidro sensor. The potenciometer may be replaced for a resiste sensor for water. The interval and duration for bips is related with resistance of sensor.

A watersensor is one of the easiest projects existing. Why do you make it so complicated?

Complicated? Really?

You just need a Darlington transistor. Boom, water sensor.

And the beeo block...???

What the heck, why??

Even the Arduino "water detector" is just some exposed wires on a circuit board.

Ok, LeButch. This a very, very, very old project. Around 35 years old. Per Arduino.

And? How does this affect our situation?

Hey! This is a simple electronic project, friend. Just a nostalgic impulse. Share just to share. This is not a life project. If you don´t like this and not sugest a practical change, well, sorry, but I do not anything about this. Take it easy, LeButch.

http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4994303909953536 And this is even simpler and working as good as your project.

And...

That is your practical change: Delete your circuit and use mine instead. Mine is like 5ct and yours like 2€.

You see a competition here, my friend. I see an opportunity to share. Alias, thanks for sharing with me, @LeButch. Really. :-)

Why didnt you say that from the beginning on?

For you, it seems to me, that would have made no difference. I think you have shown the intention to debate, and in any case this can always be very instructive. I mean, at least for me. I hope that, at least, has been fun for you, my friend, @LeButch.

It is good to debate topics, this might lead to new ideas.

Yeah, my friend! This is the way, shake our brain.
