One trick I've found is if you run a sine wave through a comparator you can effectivley use the fourier transform view with a square wave input. https://everycircuit.com/circuit/5297746288050176

Looks like you might have a decimal point in the wrong place as you get perfect resonance if you change the transformer from 100uH to 10uH.

Adjusting the transformer inductance did increase the output voltage.

I would have thought, though that the output voltage would have built to a much bigger voltage.

Try reducing the transformer coupling coefficient to 0.25. U can set one pulse delay to zero, the other to 50%, and in both reduce rise and fall time to 30ns or so.
