foldback current limit with LED ckt v5

just shake to inject signal
simple ckt.
havnt thought of explaining the ckt.
used in HV Regulation.

once it reaches limit at ~9.2mA burns the LED foldbcks to 1.89mA. pulling voltage bck to 0 then nominal readings.

although to control the curve at the POT resistor.
