12 step synchronous BCD counter for month using relays.

To design a counter with a non-zero initial value, the output of FF must be inverted to match the initial value.
In the case of this counter, the initial value is 1, so an inverted output is used in the 0-bit FF, and the sequential circuit is designed accordingly.
