This voltage-monitor monitors the voltage of a battery. The circuit works pretty simple. There is a green and a red LED. Under normal conditions, the green LED is on. When the voltage drops below a certain point, the green LED goes out and the red lights will be turn on. The turning point is to arrange P1 (potentiometer)
