In this circuit a clock of 1Mhz is multiplied by 4. You can multiply it by more if you use more levels of comparison. Sorry for my poor english.

Uhh a much too complicated. Clock x4 multiplying can be made using only two gates and one amplifier and rest of resources can be saved or using to enchnce other things.
