Question about inrush current limiter

This is a circuit for limiting surge currents. As you open the switch, the voltage at the load slowly rises to Vdd. What i do not understand is how the capacitor is fully charged, when the simulation is started, independent of the simulation speed and without any transients?

Before the transient simulation can start, Everycircuit does the so called DC OP analysis, and this while charge the cap in any case if there is the tinyiest current available.

thanks for the answer, it makes sense. I usually use LTspice for those stuff but this app is really intuitive
