La tensione in uscita dell'operazionale è la sottrazione delle tensioni dei due ingressi (IN) ,IN+ - IN- ,il guadagno e dato dalle resistenze sui gli ingressi (10k / 10k = 1) ,è inoltre importante che le coppie delle resistenze siano del medesimo valore  
Es. 10k e 20k in alto e 10k e 20k in basso (20k/10k = 2) ,così si avrà un guadagno pari al doppio (IN+ 12v - IN- 10v = 2v x 2 = 4v)
