Digital Screen Part II - Inverter circuit

Just a humble inverter circuit 
(allbeit somewhat amateur and probably even wrong)

Can anyone recommend a way of adapting a female connection socket such as a VGA or HDMI port, to this particular kind of circuit?

Brian, this circuit is so wrong that I don't know where to start. At this point in time do not think about plugging anything into any thing. I recommend that you at least go through the example circuits and try to work out what is happening with them. Also take a copy of this circuit so when you do understand electricity and electronics you can have a giggle.

Billy, I appreciate the heads up.. I aren't stupid enough to actually try to run any of my own projects using a mains power supply..
