Bridge Rectifier using LEDs instead of diodes. When the sine wave goes positive green LEDs light, and when the sine wave goes negative red LEDs light. In both cases the Blue LED comes on, and the green output sign wave is always positive. LEDs are not practical but gives an illustration of how the current is flowing thru the circuit.

In practical experience there is no use of LED in rectifier circuit at all. Since regular LED cannot with stand the high voltage and high current. Also LED is the optical classes of the PNjunction diode family. But good for demonstration for beginner's.
