This is not chaotic generated by this circuit, its chaos by simulation setup to 1s/s. Schematic needs some corrections according to the text nearby. Caps are 17nF, 600nF and 100nF all resistors are 1k exept one which is tuned for 1mA, while the upper opamp is in.saturation. simspeed must be slowed down to 50us/s
