Colpitts with a 555

Seeing as how a single transistor colpitts is already a very simple circuit i doubt if this circuit has any real use. Just an experiment really.

The push pull statge probably wouldn't be necessary irl but the 555 in EC can't drive a capacitive load or even be capacitively coupled to a load.
