This is a two stage power supply tester for positive and negative 5V. It is designed to run on a standard 12V power supply. The test inputs are on the left, adjust them to see the pass/fail indication on the lower left. The other 4 LEDS are high/low indication for each voltage, positive on top half, negative on lower.
