Off delay relay circuit using an IRF540 MOSFET to close the contacts on a NO relay to power a DC Motor.
Increase the resistance of R1 to set the minimum time delay until the mosfet is turned off.
Increase the capacitance of C1 or the resistance of VR1 to increase maximum time before mosfet is turned off.
Adjust VR1's wiper position to achieve the desired off delay.
Real world testing shows a off delay between 1 second and 70 seconds.
