On off momentary to latched no diodes

Bit buggy. Any help? Have actually used this and has always worked but on here seems glitchy. Is it the app or have I done something wrong?

On my phone works great with one touch. But you use 5 relays to make one switch!!!

Yes. No diodes but. And momentary to latching. Using only relays. And one switch.
