Single Square Wave to Traffic Light

Converts digital to analog by a capacitor, inductor, and 2 resistors and it has a analog to "digital bar" converter from the voltage change, and last it uses "X-OR" logic to convert the "bar" to "dot" so it uses one LED at a time.
