Charge first the capacitor and then switch to realize a LC resonator. The resonance frequency is gaven by 1/2*3.14*sqrt(L*C).

Yes, but is such a low frequency of 50Hz practical for a LC oscillator? Check the current at the diode. Its very high, about 1000times higher a std opamp can provide. Why is this? Impedance is the key to understand. Xc=Xl=2*pi*50Hz= 0.314 Ohm ! This is very low and the reason to not use LC oscillators at low frequencies. Better use RC ones. Hope this helps.
