Sorry, but check the following, start with LSB or MSB and compare with MSB+1 or LSB+1 switched alone. It should give you double or half the value, but it does not. Keep it up.

@up, everything is ok now. I forgot about that the resistors can't hang in the air and if LOW level is ON there should be ground potential.

Yes, and you forgot the 2k instead of 1k. Anyway, you could now fine tune the gain of your amp. You have 64 steps, from 0 to 63, right? But your amp gives 0 to 64V. So the stepsize and gain of amp is a little to high. 84.7Ohm fits perfectly. Keep it up!

Ah, and put 1pF parallel to this resistor to please EC ;-)
