So it looks like you're trying to make a synchronous buck converter. The problem is 1. You don't have a proper oscillator with a well defined frequency. 2. There is no Dead-Time control, because of which your input is shorted. 3. Your inductor current falls to zero, because of which the capacitor starts discharging through the synchronous MOSFET. If your inductor is not in continuous conduction mode, you cannot make a synchronous Buck Converter.
