It looks as though you are stringing any parts together to see what goes. It's fun for a while but it is a lot more rewarding once you develop a little structure. I would recommend looking at a few 'basic electronic circuits' on the internet and then see if you can build one of those here. You could then try to adjust that to see what happens....plenty guys here to help when you do that.
